The Company

We have been established for more than 15 year, providing a service for Commercial & Non-commercial properties.

Established in 1993 by Brian Lange the company has built a strong reputation among its clients who have come to rely on our dedication to the service standards we provide.

Whilst based in Warrington we serve Liverpool, Manchester and the wider North West region.

Our Services

We offer a complete range of services to support all aspects of site and building maintenance which allows you to focus on your core business delivery.

We specialize in building maintenance, cleaning, decorating and those preventative measures needed to up-grade and/or sustain the life of your property.

We provide personnel for both Commercial and Non-Commercial properties throughout the region.

One of our current projects is to provide building maintenance services in one of the country’s leading Power Stations. We also deal with factories, schools, canteens and private non-commercial properties.

The Team

We have over twenty specialists enabling us to create specific teams to meet your exact needs. Where ever possible we use locally trained staff. These are all fully qualified, with a wide range of skills and experience between them.

Any project, no matter how small, will have a site contact so you will only ever have to deal with a single person.

Personal safety is a prime concern to us whether it is our staff, your staff, or customers or visitors on your premises. All our operatives have comprehensive one to one training in all aspects of site and personnel safety. This starts with good housekeeping and best practice methods and develops into formal H&S and COSHH awareness and Risk assessment,
